The Policy applies to all information that TicketUp may obtain about a user while they use the website and the ticket purchase services.
By placing an order or registering a personal account on TicketUp, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms described below, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. If you do not agree with the terms of the Policy, please refrain from using the service.
The forms on the information site info.ticketup.ru — for organisers, advertisers and volunteers — accept a name, contact details and the text of the enquiry. The enquiry is sent to the TicketUp working chat in the Telegram messenger and is used only to reply to you: it does not enter the ticket buyer database and is not used for marketing mailings. The message is transmitted by means of Telegram, so that service's rules also apply to it.
1. What data we collect
TicketUp processes only the data required to sell tickets and operate the service:
- contact details that you provide yourself: first name, last name, phone number, email address;
- order data: the events and sessions you selected, the number and categories of tickets, the history of purchases and refunds;
- technical data transmitted by the browser: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, the date and time of the request, the pages of the site you viewed;
- cookies and session identifiers required for authorisation, the operation of the cart and the collection of anonymised visit statistics.
TicketUp does not store full bank card details. Payment is processed on the side of the payment systems and acquiring banks: card details are entered on the secure page of the payment provider and are not transmitted to the ticketup.ru website.
2. Purposes of data processing
- placing, paying for and delivering electronic tickets;
- identifying the user in their personal account and restoring access to it;
- informing you about the order status and about a change, postponement or cancellation of an event;
- handling enquiries to the support service and refund applications;
- complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including tax and accounting requirements;
- improving the operation of the site and analysing anonymised attendance statistics;
- sending news and event listings — only with your separate consent to the subscription.
3. Transfer of data to third parties
TicketUp does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary to fulfil an order or is required by law. Data may be transferred to:
- event organisers — to the extent necessary for admission to the event and verification of the ticket;
- payment systems and banks — to process payments and refunds;
- communication operators and email services — to send the ticket and order notifications;
- state authorities of the Russian Federation — upon a reasoned request in the manner established by law.
4. Storage and protection of data
Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing and the legislation of the Russian Federation require. The transfer of data between your device and the site is protected by encryption, and within the company only those employees who need it to perform their duties have access to the data. TicketUp takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
5. Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember the language you selected, keep the contents of the cart, maintain authorisation and collect anonymised visit statistics. You can disable the saving of cookies in your browser settings, but in that case some functions of the site — including placing an order and signing in to your personal account — may not work correctly.
6. User rights
- obtain information about which of your data is processed and for what purpose;
- request clarification or correction of inaccurate data;
- withdraw consent to data processing and request its deletion, if retention is not required by law;
- unsubscribe from mailings by using the link in the email or by contacting the support service.
